Services

BTG Exteriors provides professional exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, siding cleaning, and exterior eavestrough and fascia cleaning in Dundas, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, Ancaster, and surrounding Ontario communities.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions observed on-site. We will communicate any changes before beginning work.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours) for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Property Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and securing pets, vehicles, and personal belongings as needed prior to service. BTG Exteriors is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas.

Liability

BTG Exteriors is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer.
